The University Vice Presidency for Branches in Wadi Al-Dawasir and Al-Silil is an extension of the university administration in Al-Kharj, and it acquires approximately (25%) of the university’s total faculties. It arose as a strategic initiative to overcome the distance between the colleges of the governorates of Wadi Al-Dawasir and Al-Silil and between the university administration, in an attempt to eliminate the suffering of students, employees, and auditors of the colleges, and the consequent delay in completing transactions, and the difficulty of reviewing the university.
Since its inception, the Agency has taken upon itself the responsibility of fully coordinating with the university to provide academic programs that comply with the requirements of the local environment and the needs of the regions in which the Agency operates, and to achieve the university's hopes and ambitions to align the educational and academic process with the Kingdom's strategic vision (2030).
The agency seeks to develop administrative and functional systems, qualify its employees (academics and administrators) to provide distinguished services, and follow up their implementation by supervising the departments of colleges, centers, and units affiliated to them, in accordance with programs and plans for performance development, and raising functional efficiency.
The University Vice Presidency arranges for branches in its administrative structure directly with the President of the University and exercises its academic and administrative work in accordance with the plans, data, and systems in force in the university administration.
