The Administrative Communications Unit aims to follow up the incoming and outgoing correspondences from various parties to and from the University Vice Presidency for its branches and faculties. And follow up on the implementation of the necessary procedures for referrals, payment, and tracking. The basic operations of the administrative communication system are the management of incoming and outgoing correspondence to and from internal and external parties, such as letters, transactions, telegrams, circulars, decisions, and others. And dealing with the automated follow-up system, starting with entering the transaction entry and documenting it within the database, displaying, recording, referring, paying, and following up until it is exported or terminated and the required is completed.
