The unit provides services, consulting and technical support to colleges in electronic services and technologies, work to develop services and connect college departments with each other through modern technologies.

- Carry out the maintenance of the agency's technical equipment and equipment with the utmost efficiency, quality with minimal costs.
- Maintaining the technical infrastructure of the agency's buildings and colleges and equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance.

Tasks:-
- The unit is the representative of the Deanship of Information Technology and Distance Education at the University for support and services for colleges and departments of the University in The Valley of Al-Duwaser and Al-Sulail.
- Supervision and follow-up of services and technical support for the internal telecommunications network in the college buildings and the process of connecting colleges to the university network and internet service and providing solutions, services and periodic maintenance in coordination and communication with the Deanship of Information Technology and Distance Education at the University.
- Supervising and providing technical services in the process of connecting colleges through television broadcast systems and distance meetings between colleges at the university.
- Supervision and provision of technical and acoustic services and equipment for the college theater, meeting rooms, and main training in the university building.
- Supervising the structure and regulations in electronic applications at the university such as the transaction system and other services and other systems.
- Managing and providing support services for college IP communication and telephone systems.
- Providing services, technical support, solutions to university members of the faculty and employees in technical services and hardware malfunctions in colleges such as computers, printers, scanners, cameras, and other devices.
- Providing services, technical support, solutions to technical needs to the laboratories in coordination with the responsible departments.
- Providing technical and technical advice to colleges regarding any projects related to information technology or development, follow-up, and support for e-learning systems.
- Supervising and managing the website of the university branch agency.
- Supervising the electronic advertising system through screens in the building.
