The Director of Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University, Prof. Dr. Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Hamid, in the presence of the Governor of Wadi Al-Dawasir Abdullah bin Suleiman Al-Mubarak, inaugurated the College of Arts and Sciences for Female Students in Wadi Al-Dawasir Governorate.
The director of Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University and the governor, cut the opening ribbon and unveiled the commemorative plaque, then toured the building, which has a total cost of more than 77 million riyals, with an area of approximately 29 thousand square meters, and it consists of 15 laboratories and 37 halls. It also includes a theater that can accommodate approximately 350 students, a cafeteria, and a modern library, and it has been furnished with the latest types of furniture according to the highest specifications.
During the tour, the Director of Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University commended the keenness and interest of the wise leadership in universities in the Kingdom, including Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University, hoping that this building would contribute to providing a stimulating educational environment for female students and contributing to the development and improvement of work, praising the distinguished efforts made by the Agency. The university and its affiliated departments in carrying out such projects and preparing them for our female students.
It is noteworthy that the college building is located within a female university campus with a total value of more than 285 million riyals and includes four buildings with a total area of approximately 147,000 square meters.
